Return Policy
-No returns accepted on sale, reduced price, and clearance merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS
-All returns must have the original sales receipt.
-Items that are eligible for return can only be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days after merchandise has been received. No full refunds will be issued on web orders.
-Items are not eligible for return after 14 calendar days.
-Items must be new, unused, and it's original undamaged packaging (including all original tags) to be eligible for return.
-Shoes/boots must be unworn
-Items eligibility for return is contingent upon inspection of merchandise by Slope Style staff upon return.
-Special ordered items are not eligible for return.
-Please call us first to discuss returns with us. If we don’t know they are coming, it is hard for us to process them in a timely manor.
